I went to the same surgeon (first one), and got the same bits fixed - implant + alar reduction. But it's been 4yrs, and I have the baggy feeling something is not right still... indians also have large eyes, not only caucasian. people from many places have different characteristics. caucasians often make their noses smaller and flatter, a nose shape that many asians a born with, but no one says they're trying to look asian. what makes her look more caucasian is her blonde hair, not her nose or eyes. she almost looks like my vietnamese/chinese friend who hasn't had any plastic surgery, the main difference is the colour of her hair.
