If you look when Tom is in the shop, just as he leaves the second time you can just see the "real shop staff in the background.

At: 1:37 look over the shoulder of the man who has the broken leg, you can just see the other staff in the background. on the right.

This is such a good episode as are they all but I think my very favorite has to be where they all got drunk and then tried to move the windbreak. Think it was series 3.
