Cole on that first list either...that wasn't by mistake...but to answer your question...all I can say while I am fan and supporter of both, I personally would rather listen to Jay Elect. It's hard for me to flat out say he's better though. Their styles are different so that makes it a little tricky too...Jay Elect just happens to be what I felt Hip-Hop was lacking at the time I discovered him.
