It depends too. XD Like jardart said, some shortcuts require lower FPS, but some require higher ones. And I'll be asked to select an FPS for recording (then the game will run at the same FPS) before I start to record. But once you're recording one lvl with FRAPS, you can't change FPS again. So, when I need to do two shortcuts in one lvl that require extremely different FPS, I've gotta give one of them up perhaps.
You still remember I said you'd better switch those visual effects off if your graphic card is not powerful enough to run the game with them on? That is, if your graphic card is poor, you'll get a very low FPS while playing. The images will get stuck all the time. And once you lower down the resolution and switch some visual effects off, you'll find the game runs much more fluently, cuz its FPS get higher.
100 freaking fps... i cant even get higer then 80

Well it depends on your frames per second, as on how fluent the visual view of a game is.
In TRA their 'number' is also decisive, on how several shortcuts may be performed.
For instance, some can only be performed at pretty low fps, while it's the other way around with other ones.
Thats what he hates about them. XD

Ohh, now I understand why it's so annoying... Hm, I wouldn't blame you. I'd get disturbed, too, if I were to get rid of a shortcut. :(
