I remember Gottfreid said that he requested the footage from them and they wanted like 15k dollars for it and Gilbert said fuck these white motherfuckers I aint paying that. Thus... we are missing one of the greatest moments in Roast history because some greedy old motherfuckers have it.

I didn't read the description initially (I rarely do for something as straightforward as "Gilbert Gottfried Roasts Hugh Hefner"), but I did notice Studmeister17's comment and the uploader's response. That led me to read the description.

I can't agree with "but hey, it's comedy! You don't need it to be in sync!" on a video clip of a comic. Most comics' performances are, at least in part, visual. Gilbert definitely uses appearance as a gimmick.

Thanks for uploading this. Obviously, you didn't upload it out of synch intentionally to irritate people, and I did enjoy listening to it (I've liked hearing him on Stern in the past).

By the way, if you have a chance to see him live, Gilbert is very approachable. If you talk to him, and you're in a city he's not familiar with, he'll ask you where the best strip club is. It's happened to me twice in two different Canadian cities.

To really get the joke behind him saying "you whiter motha-fers" you have to hear Ice-T's bit where he is extra ghetto and keeps saying white mutha fuckers. Ice T's bit wasn't funny at all of course and actually set an uncomfortable mood, even for a roast. Gilbert's making fun of it was actually a huge tension breaker and made it that much more hilarious.
