You can't. The Rogue form only turns into the tribe of your version of the game. If there is a way to actually choose whichever tribe you want for Rogue form regardless of game, then I don't know it.

Elemental Blade only appears if you double tribe Zerker and Ninja. Same with Vanishing Blazer and Saurian/Zerker, and Enma Gale Garrison for Ninja/Saurian. Otherwise, its Czar D Breaker for Tribe King Megaman, G Blazer for Saurian, Thunder Bolt Blade for Zerker and Demon Flurry for Ninja.

You get two save files and one file has Dino and the other has zerker.

At some point, you can brother with the other file to get a fusion of the two forms:
