You don't have to play CoD4 & MW2 for another year =) Counter Strike: GO is comin out early 2012, they don't have a certain date, they said: It's done when it's done, that's why Valve is my favorite gaming company, they put effort into their games and it will be cross platform, so Xbox vs PS3 vs PC will be possible! Valve has yet never disappointed me with a game so far, great company.
