nice logo,i mean at the begining of the show, well firstly i dont thing it was necessary to show the part u were entering on stage at the begining cuz u were turning ur back to the camera when people were clapping.secondly there's too much of "ummm" when u talk and hesitation.it gives the impression that u're not well prepare.u've some grammar errors while talking.u have good points though but they are not well developed,u give mostly examples,but in all the video is a good start.
