Sailor Moon doesn't die, Galaxia takes her Star Seed, which is trying to release its energy, and then Chibi Chibi, the Light of Hope, releases her energy.

Giving Sailor Moon her Star Seed and the power of Galaxia's Star Seed, or the Light of Hope.

So now Usagi turns into Serenity as shown: 0:50

Serenity uses the Silver Crystal, the Supreme Star Seed, and turns (Chaos) Galaxia to her true, pure, self.

depends on. You refer to the anime is clear but in the manga Sailor Chibi Cbibi or just plain Chibi Chibi is Sailor Cosmos. The ultimate form of Sailor Moon. That cause in the R arc you can see how Chibiusa turns in to Chibi Moon to help fight against the Black Moon. This makes Neo Queen Serenity lose her ability to transform into Sailor Moon so she turns into Sailor Cosmos. Infact, ChibiCbibi is Sailor Moon in disguise frome the futer.

Ow this is not a secret :))) I can tell you. There is a software - it's free and it's named Audacity ;) I cut that sounds from Sailor moon episode, and I put them in the audacity. Then I put some effects on that sound - one of them Echos :DD then I saved files and put them in sony vegas where I was editing this movie :D Thank you very much!
