  • @AutumnWeimer You should have told me sooner! Yeah check out all of my Day 1-30 workout clips...they get better as you getter closer to day 30...see if they can kick your butt a little :)~ahmad

  • just pick one of the easier clips and do a few seconds more each day...then you will be doing whole clips before you know it...start with easy week one cardio...ok?

  • Wow Ahmad!! I notice you are getting stronger and adding more definition to your body with every video. You're very flexible for a man with all that muscle. At around 1:10 and on...your arms, back, and shoulders look like a competitive bodybuilders'....gorgeous!! Keep training hard..beautiful payoffs!!   • I have you to thank for pushing me a few weeks back...I am now going to really get serious about my workouts! I am trying to do more moves where I can work on my flexibility...it is getting a little easier. Glad you are still noticing the details...ie. lips explanation :)~ahmad

  • It's no wonder that I was so exhausted in those first few weeks of your workouts. I had gained quite a bit of weight....after I quit smoking. It's so much easier to work out....w/out the extra weight on me! Thanks to you and your help to get me to this point. The thing is....you gave me advice...and I listened and it got me to where I am now!

  • I didnt quite make it threw the clip! you challenge us and my bones were screaming stop! and i did but I will do it again later. I went to the gym and finished up my cardio for today.
