I recommend people not to the that Ball Jump from 2:51-3:02. Because if you miscalculate your step, your feet could land on the ball, thus twisting your ankle. Just thought I'd share that with you future athletes :)
oh ya!? try runniing up mount everest carrying the sunken remains of the titanic then shoot 100,000 makes! all these idiots trying to 'one up' the video are loosers. make your own video haha.
#VIDEOPOSTERID#, exact reason why I play basketball, along with all the bloopers. If you can't dunk yet, you have to start practicing. I definitely recommend you to try the one I'm using - (50 inch vertical [dot] com) - I m 5 7 and I can dunk!
Seventeens are also called minute drills, it's where and when you run back and forth between the baselines 10 times in one minute. Trust me, that is much more taxing than this or even suicides drills.
Like I said, they are also called minute drills, which is baseline to baseline 10-11 times over in 60 seconds or one minute. Seventeens are 16-17 repetitions of sideline to sideline. Either way, it is a taxing drill. It depends on what you or your coach wants to work on, stop and go movement or more of a sprinting movement.
try defensive slides with somebody on your back, 4 minute wall sits, bleacher push ups, bleacher leg lifts and 5 in 1s. 4 in 44s 3 in 33s 2 in 22s and 1 in 10s, they are hard at the end of conditioning.

You wanna know how to dunk...
Step 1: Watch Michael Jordans video about how to dunk.
Step 2: Watch the first 40 or so seconds of this video and then go do those exercises every day.
Step 3: If, after several months with no significant process made despite absolute disiprin, maybe just learn how to shoot better.
