It is also a great job for the police to move traffic orderly in a conjested area. I think that people also need to take this into consideration.

Yeah unfortunatly some people join the police force because they like to lord it over their fellow citizens. They make the rest of the department look bad.

I feel that the real reason these cops won't see that what they are doing is wrong is that they are "punch drunk" with power.
