fixed it changing the motor ( used the same blade and its ok )

Balance your tail rotor blades, make sure your motor shaft isnt bent they bend easy when trying to pry or put on a tail rotor blade. Or order a mcpx V3 blade or mcpx kbdd tail blade they are usually really balanced, also check tail blade tracking.
