d reason y she dun sound 2 reach those notes is bcause shes puttin more emotions in2 it compared when she was recording it. try sing a song normally, try it again full w/ emotions, d result u'll get is u can't reach d high notes u usually could. except d key is really low 4 ur vocal range. thumbs up if u agree~

The recording isn't that bad. She can certainly sing better than most artists in the industry today, and I'm sure they'd kill for the voice she has in this video.

But you can tell she is straining her vocal, as she probably never exercised her vocal chords before performing. In her latest performances of the song, it seems she has learned to exercise them before singing this song. It's an INCREDIBLY hard song to sing, and she deserves so much props for that!

this problem is like most of the cd shes just yelling Im not a fan of the latest work (open door all the way). Translating that yelling down to acoustic I guess is difficult I dunno. The rest of the set was IMMACULATE though, simply mesmerizing. I really hope they make the 6 song set a cd.

i like the top comment. she was probably rehearsing the night before and (im assuming) didnt drink her therapeutic tea and well...it shows in this recording. you can also tell when shes properly conditioned her vocal chords in other live recordings, just look at Lyrics and Legends.

Oh, she sounds kind of country in some parts...still a decent performance though. My Immortal and Secret Door were the best performances from this session. I think that was the best acoustic performance of MI I've ever heard.
