Continuous Flow Intersection (CFI) - VISSIM Animation

Has anyone actually built one of these things? It can't be very good for vehicles leaving driveways close to the intersection. Too many people would turn right the way they normally need to. Unless the commercial properties had enough frontage for customers to enter the highway past the crossover there would need to be a service road (with additional right of way or easements with neighbors) to get past the section where left turn traffic drives on the left.
