  • @torn80cj I've watched enough Storm Chasers on Discovery to know what to look for. I'm still kicking myself for not grabbing my HD camcorder, which was sitting right inside my house. If I had that then you would have seen this whole event much clearer. But I'm glad tour trained eye was able to see what was going on.

  • @bastiancnt Read the comments. This was a confirmed tornado from the national weather service in Sullivan, WI. If you have any doubts, email Rusty Kapella and ask him.

  • no tornado

  • @sonicclang Loser, why didnt you jump in and get killed? Wow, thinking about your own safety, and not the values of people wanting to laugh at you over youtube? SHAME ON YOU!

  • not a tornado. those are called clouds.

  • @sonicclang so, that's a tornado.

  • the world is truly beutiful

  • that tornado was across the street from my old townhouse, above glacier edge. 1st tornado I hav ever seen :D

  • Should put your E1M1 remix to this video.

  • Nice Vid!

  • We deal with this a lot in Oklahoma :( My town got hit by 3 separate tornados back in May.

  • Hey, I got a video of this same tornado! Are you near Hawthorne Heights? I'm going to try and get my video posted.

  • @epeddy1 I'm not sure where that is. I live along Old Highway PB, about 1/4 mile north of Whalen Road.

  • @sonicclang I'm in the part behind Gray's Tied House, on Fairview Terace, all the way in the back.

  • @epeddy1 Oh right, the new neighborhood. I used to jog back there... back when I jogged :) You guys had such a better view of this tornado! Someone else posted a video from over there. You can see the school in the background of theirs.

  • @sonicclang I'm behind Gray's Tied House on Fairview Ter, all the way in the back along 151. I've posted my video. I'm a little bit farther away from it.

  • Glad no-one was hurt. Thx for upload. Nature is fascinating. Btw, from looking at the video, I think about all those houses with so many people that have no idea that the guy that made E1M8 in Classic DOOM lives near them.

  • Damn dude. Freaky. We had a tornado warning all the way down in kingville, tx. Hope everything was ok for you, dude.

  • Speaking of tornadoes, there's a tropical storm rolling through Florida as I type this.

  • Awesome video. No tornado warning sirene? We have in the Netherlands,Europe on 14 July 2010 a very severe thunderstorm in a big earea with heavy hurricane winds and tornados, very seldom.

  • @dutchtrainmanserie22 The sirens were going off a few minutes before this. This little spin-up/small tornado just happened to fast that it wouldn't have shown up on radar.

  • @sonicclang If they get the new radar like Oklahoma has, that rotation will show up. That cloud was showing rotation for a good while, it seems like the radar still should have picked it up, especially since it was raining. Good eye on spotting that rotation, at first I thought it was going to be one of those close call videos. When the trees bent towards the tornado area, that was the inflow winds going into the storm. I'm actually a storm chaser, I'm glad that tornado didn't hit your house.

  • thats pretty ffing BAD ASS!

  • Glad it was just that. It was funny when u said thats a tornado, a thunderclap hit, it was like a dramatic moment.

  • pretty scarier and nice

  • Looks pretty crazy. Down here in Edgerton we only got clipped by the edge of the storm, so I could see both perfectly clear sky on one side and the insane storm hitting Stoughton above us. It's thundering here right now actually.

  • I live in Verona... i'm surprised i didnt see this... i was by farm and fleet and was looking everywhere. i saw one funnel cloud form right above me and got plenty of pictures but this video is aweosme

  • woah. here in Edmonton, we have a severe Thunderstorm warning with high winds with chance of hail.

    rainy summer. it's wierd

  • That must have been an amazing experience. I'm glad you guys weren't hurt.

  • wow! i hope everything was ok. Did the tornado hit? I had mabey about three tornado warnings in the spring. Scary stuff :o

  • @199291931 It went away as quickly as it formed. It was amazing how fast it whipped up, debris was flung a couple hundred feet into the air, and then it just disappeared. I wouldn't be surprised if I was the only one to see it, it just happened so fast.

  • @sonicclang Well thats good at least no one was hurt (= But thats crazy that it just left so quick.
