Good basic, solid fighting motions. That is the real core of nunchaku technique. Great stuff.. I also like to work the reverse figure eight motion into my fighting structure... Dog Tom

nice and smooth! i taken a few ideas to work on for myself.

thanks for the comment on my vid. i've not been really doing doubles for long, and have to grab 5 minutes everynow and again when i can. hopefully doing it properly next year.
