I think, that when u're airborne, u first flight on LVL CHG with N1, climbing on V2+20 to acceleration altitude, when u reach TA, u can accelerate to Vzf - it's about 210KTS, when u're accelerating u retract flaps and then, when u reach Vzf ( about 210 KTS) u switch to VNAV :)
