Women have kids. That's years off their working lives and no matter how good or qualified you are, it presents a financial liability to any company. It means that a person who is integral to a company has to be replaced with someone who may not be as good of dedicated and the company has to pick up the bill.

Every time I go work-out at the gym, the women are all busy cleaning all the weight and cardio equipment while the men just sit behind the desk and watch the TV.
