its obvious you havent tasted cebu lechon yet, it doesnt need liver sauce because its already tasty because of herbs and spices if you need dips you only need vinegar with soysauce mixed with garlic ginger salt at peppercorn.

You havent eaten a lechon cebu esp the one your watchin here.Lechon Cebu dont need sauce because its that good putting that sauce is ABOMINATION to the lechon ppl who made lechon and gives a lot of sauce they are hiding the real taste of their lechon bc they know its not that good.Its like putting ketchup in a burger or hotdog in some good burger/hotdog joint here in the US taste the meat not the kethup,taste the spiced up lechon not the sauce.
