It's not Cyber Dan. This is just the result of selecting the cheats when you are ingame and you don't reset for it to fully change upon load up. Not to mention this happens when you already picked your character and when you start the cpu is trying to read the new changes... that's why it messes up... you can get all sorts of wierd things when you "don't reset"... It's common.
