You can mess up your phone permanently with a magnet. It happened to me on my Blackberry. It started to shut off on me every 5 minutes and eventually it would shut off everytime I disconnected a call. Be careful when using a magnet around a cellphone.

Its easy to fake email headers and make en email "look" like it coming from somewhere it is not really coming from.

If you are doing what u say you are.. then you should email snippets of the last 10 emails in the inbox..

It's not a hack it's a bug with the software which registers if the cover is closed or not, I've tried this on my uk V3i and v3 Razr and it eventually caught up with itself asking for the code.

If yours does not ask for it eventually on your razr v3 variant surely means Verizon's Software is insecure.

There is a small switch in the keypad, which is turned on by a small magnet in the top half of the flip which keylocks the keys and turns off the screen

Well, depends how you look at it. If you have a razor and think your pin protects you then knowing that it doesn't is better than not knowing. I got rid of my razor after I discovered this. Did you know hackers carry portable scanners that can read the pin stripe on your debit and credit cards? That's why they recommend you conceal ur credit card in aluminum foil. lol...that's actually easy. You just need to know the cell phone owner's zip code. Once you know that, just access the verizon's free mobile web cell service from the person's cell phone and go to "Manage Your Account". You can change the person's voice mail code and it won't even ask you to enter the existing one. But you need to know their zip code. I'm only aware that this works with verizon wireless. Not sure if it works with other services such as AT&T, etc.
