There is no use in abolishing the IRS without first changing our tax code and reforming our government. Seems obvious to me that simply abolishing the IRS wouldn't solve anything. It would just be replaced with some other apparatus.

that's what i want. A guy with a lot of complaints and no solutions. Abolish the IRS. How do you propose we get revenue? Repeal the 16th amendment. So what happens when we go in even bigger deficits with that tax revenue stream cut-off? Go after the justice department, who investigates themselves when they commit a crime. I actually don't see anything wrong with that. I would much rather have lawyers going after lawyers than politicians, with little law experience, going after lawyers.

If you tried the impossible and tied the dollar to gold you would stop deficit spending and you would stop the fed from expanding the money supply. If the impossible happened you would gut the american and the world economy.
