Robert Fleming is my son and you can imagine how very proud of him I am. He has worked so hard to literally save his children's lives and provide them with love, health, shelter, food and most importantly life itself. They lie in a horrible place and he has made for them a HOME (perhaps an "accidental home") but one where they are safe. He needs help financially so that the 23 of his 36 can continue with their special private education. Hopefully he will find the support he needs.
Linda and I visited Robert and the children at Malayaka House in March of 2009 and we have followed their progress since. This is an extraordinary, independent, hands-on effort with no institutional burden. All contributions benefit the children directly and the changes in the lives of the children are both heartwarming and breathtaking.
I am honored to have visited Robert and Malayaka House in Dec 2010. He has done a phenomial job in helping many many children in Uganda. Please support this cause.
