The Prophets had the world at their feet 2001/2. They were playing unreal club shows. Some of the best shows i have ever seen and I have seen Metallica, Slayer, Black Sabbath.They had an unreal debut album and weree being heralded as some sort of fucked up emalamation of tool, FNM and The Deftones. Then they signed with q prime and they turned into cum guzzling emo sell out bunch of cunts. Ah well Fake Sound Is still a great album.

Then about a year later again at Ozzfest they were still wicked, but somewhere after their 2nd album they had lost the buzz & tried to go commercial. FSofProgress is one of the best albums i own from wen i was 16-17 listeneng to UK rock-metal. Timeless tunes on their 1st record, shame really....

When we went to the signing on Saturday at Reading I was pissed at the amount of 13 year old kids calling themselves 'fans' with their 'The Betrayed' tshirts and albums and kerrang posters. thank fuck I managed to get my decade old Fake Sound Of Progress signed
