Amazing! Tracy was the first gymnast to do a roundoff mount onto the horse....she was always trying new tricks and inventing moves like her Flair on the beam and the California roll (forward stalder, backward stalder) on the bars. I wonder how well she would have done at the 80 Oly's if we hadn't boycotted?

First? Was this competition before Worlds? Because officially Natalia Yurchenko did it first, in the 1983 World Championship.

For the record, Yurchenko debuted this vault at the 1982 World Cup. She changed vaulting since then.

@twilliger123 Hmm, well she was a little young for Moscow, I dont think she would have hit an AA medal, but perhaps a bronze on either UB or BB.
