  • Hi. Try the curls with 25 pound weights. You should be able to curl that about 20 times.

  • That was amazing I'm in love how awesome was that Bicep can you hold your Bicep next time an you need more weight you lift that to easy your arms so strong how long you been lifting weights? You should get right into it your arms would get big fast so wish I could feel it flex do bid lifting heaviest you can an hold your Bicep show us how hard it is please :)

  • I have a suggestion. First, do NOT try to crush an apple with your bicep. You will bruise your muscle. Instead, take an empty steel food can and crush it with your bicep when you flex. The steel can is challenging; but because it is hollow, you will not bruise your bicep; and the can makes quite a noise when crushed. You can do it.

  • That's some pretty impressive strength and endurance, especially considering how easy you made it look. I think the people on here expecting you to be able to curl 20/25lbs at the age of 14 are slightly optimistic, but it'd be interesting to see what you could do with 15s!

  • If she can curl 75lb one time, she could do 50lb for 2 reps. Most adult women cant even begin to do that. She will be twice as strong as any ault woman out there in a few years.

  • I saw her do a curl of 75lbs for 1 rep.Could likely do 50lb 2x. Like I've said before, many 28-25 year old adult women cant lift 50lb let alone move 75lb an inch. She will be twice as strong as an adult woman in about 2 years.

  • You are really amazing. You arms are really defined and peaked. I don't know how old you are but, for your muscles to be developed like that at an age of around 17-20, I'm guessing, are really awesome.
