You should get right into it your arms would get big fast so wish I could feel it flex do bid lifting heaviest you can an hold your Bicep show us how hard it is please :)
I have a suggestion. First, do NOT try to crush an apple with your bicep. You will bruise your muscle. Instead, take an empty steel food can and crush it with your bicep when you flex. The steel can is challenging; but because it is hollow, you will not bruise your bicep; and the can makes quite a noise when crushed. You can do it.

I saw her do a curl of 75lbs for 1 rep. Could likely do 50lb 2x. Like I've said before, many 28-25 year old adult women cant lift 50lb let alone move 75lb an inch. She will be twice as strong as an adult woman in about 2 years.

You are really amazing. You arms are really defined and peaked. I don't know how old you are but, for your muscles to be developed like that at an age of around 17-20, I'm guessing, are really awesome.

Hi. Try the curls with 25 pound weights. You should be able to curl that about 20 times.
