@teslapower220 I know that, sorry I was just over exaggerating... All the particles of an atom are still at 0 K or -273 C, so it is impossible to make them slower and colder...
Go to your BIOS (press DEL at startup) and go to System Information Menu and disable rpm control to your chassis fan port, which you have connected the fan. Check if the fan is spinning at all!
ITs spining like 50 rpm, But when I press hardware monitor it increase then decrease back to 50 rpm. I tried wiping the dust, but its still the same rpm.
OH, and i cant burn my Cd for some reason i tried using variety of program, and clean Cd's.I keep saying that it cant burn due to the cd being damage, but i just brought it and it clean...
All depends which way you have them round, if you dont want air presure in your case turn them round so they blow the hot air out, but most systems have at least 2 fans blowing cool air in and an exhaust fan at the back. Mine has 2x25cm fans blowing in cool in air and a 120mm at the back exhausting it.
I was thinking about getting a couple of these for my case but after hearing that i dont think i want to lol I can handle a lot of noise but thats just extreme :P
All depends if you mean cpu fan or case fan, really both can differ if you take one of ASUS's cpu coolers the fan blows air away from the cpu but more traditional ones blow cool air onto the cpu. Case fans are the same and depend how you want them, they can blow cool air in and out the case.
That was 3 fps. Quality was so bad i could count the frames

@mefirez66 -273 degrees is absolute zero. You can't go lower. -600 is never possible.
