HI Zach, Thanks for the reply. I actually didn't see my inbox until now so just read the message. I really like the way you stayed so committed to get the weight off. If you are available to help me by being a coach to do the same thing you did. I am currently weiging in as of today at 374 and it is not fun. I am ordering more isagenix as I have one bottle of cleanse for life left. I have a bit of trouble sticking to it. If you want you can call me at 515-230-5250/justinw29@gmail.com
@hairstylechic27 I would usually eat a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, celery with the 'crushed peanuts only' peanut butter from Whole Foods, and apple or two and 2-3 Isagenix cookies. With all of those snacks, It wasn't that hard.
HI Zach, I have been working the isagenix program for a long time and have had good results but never completed a 9 day play and for some reason i am not able to complete a 2 day cleanse due to my cravings. I seem to be having some trouble if you can let me know what i can do to get on track to completing the two days. Look forward to your reply. and congrats on your results you have done a great job.
@justinwalter28 To be honest, I never followed the 9-day rules to the letter. I would eat a 100 calorie bag of popcorn, celery with the 'crushed peanuts only' peanut butter from Whole Foods, and apple or two and 2-3 Isagenix cookies. With all of those snacks, It wasn't that hard.
Hi, Zach. I am about to start the 9 day prgram for a "kick start." You said you lost 65 pounds (my goal is 70); how long did it take you and were you on Isagenix the whole time? Thanks!
@akz68 It took 100 days of back to back 9 day cleanses. It was intense and some of the weight came back when I went back to a normal 30 day program. But it was a nice kick start.
I just did 2 days of the cleanse and had the worst headache!!! Did you have his problem?? After having dreams about eating food I caved! :p I may try it again, not sure...
I didn't have that problem but I have heard of others that did experience that. From what I have heard it's a reaction that your body is having as the toxins that you are cleansing pass through your system and get discarded. As they pass through you some people will have a reaction of headache and some will have diarrhea or have cold like symptoms. This is just what I've heard, I don't know what the company says about it.
If presented the product by the right person who has experience with it, they would've explained possible symptoms that you can experience. I give all my prospects an 11 page handout the reason to cleanse, what to expect, possible symptoms. Many people that get the symptoms are not properly hydrated and have a higher concentration of toxins. Like all programs, it's always advisable to find the right mentor and coach.
@saIamander I never got a headache but I did get very cold. I just couldn't get warm very easy and that was strange for me. I'm usually too hot all the time. Sorry for the super long delay in replying.
Zach, You are super cute and seem like a true down to earth guy. Keep working at your goals and stay focused. Find friends that have similar interests (diet/exercise) that can give you positive input. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day but they did produce some great bods! Good Luck my friend.
So how much did you lose in 11 days? I've done 2 9-day Isagenix as well as my husband. Half of my office has done a couple of the 9 day programs as well. I just ordered the 30-day for me & 2 9-days for my husband. It's a really great program & weight loss is fast. But most importantly the energy level & overall feeling of healthiness I experienced was wonderful. Keep up the good work!
now thats a scale...kinda like the biggest loser one..just without the huge display and the suspence inducing music....anyway....Congtats on your progress!!
supposedly stomache and lower back fat is the last to come off for males, so youll probably be losing alot from arms, and legs first if you dont notice significant stomache reduction with your measurements dont make it an inclination you arent losing, its the most stubborn area.
I never got a headache either. Drank plenty of water with it, and felt great.
