When you press 'reply' now, it will appear automatically in the comment box, probably a new function. It's the same thing Twitter uses to indicate whom you're replying to.

YouTube tends to display comments by posting time (meaning even if it's a reply to another comment that is already posted, it still ends up on the top of the comment page, looking like a individual comment to the video, instead of a reply to the person he/she was replying to.

I think it's kinda neat. :3
