Yes this is Meena Kumari's poetry.There is one more which I like most-

Tukade tukade din beeta, dhajji dhajji raat mili,

Jitna jis ka aanchal tha, utni hi saugaat mili.

meaning the day passed in fragments and the night was tattered, what ever was one's capacity to hold, he/she got the gifts according to his/her ability.
