Actually its a pretty sweet concept! You create an account so that your scores can be compared to other players world wide. If you have a top score that somebody else beats, Audiosurf will send you an email saying that somebody topped your score. I thought it was pretty weird at first too, but now I realize its coolness. (Super Mario kicks ass as well)

ok sorry to ask but what did you use to make the final produckt and How did u get the video in the corner?

I downloaded the original music video from Youtube. I recorded the Audiosurf game footage with FRAPs. Then in Adobe Premiere I edited them together and exported the final video

how did you record in HD? What did you use?

I recorded the game with FRAPs and in Audiosurf I set the resolution settings to full screen 1280 x 720, which just happens to be HD, ha ha. I added the original video in Adobe Premiere and made sure to keep the 1280x720 resolution when exporting the final video.

Yeah, I was actually pretty surprised with how good it turned out myself. I think it's safe to say I'll be doing everything in HD from now on.
