What people fail to understand is that the (city) of Buffalo is dead any place worth living is in the suburbs where everyone ran due to the Influx of the black families that moved there from the south in thye 60's & 70's also due to the poverty caused by over taxation aswell as the large companies moving to asia so they wouldn't have to worry about unions, fare pay,safety, cheap labor! I wasn't born here but came here as a baby and I would never live anyplace else. Buffalo is my home and I love it here. This is a great video, of a great American city with lots of history. I grew up across the border in southern Ontario, and spent lots of time travelling to Buffalo with my family. I remember the great department stores at Christmas time. We'd spend the day shopping and eating. When I had my own family, I"d travel to Buffalo frequently. Remember one of the best restaurants around, Pete's Market, I think it was on Pine St? Man, best steak around back then. Thanks for posting. I'm in Cali now..

im from Charlotte, NC but basically my whole childhood from 1st-7th grade were spent in Buffalo, NY (my whole family lives either in Charlotte or Buffalo). I can honestly say i really do miss the snow and the FOOD among other things. i mean come on you sure as heck aren't gonna find a "Just Pizza" or "Johnny's" in Charlotte lol. i go visit Buffalo once a year for family and what not, so that's when i hit up all of my favorite places. I LOVE both places because they are SOOOO different.

I'm not from Buffalo, I'm from Texas and love Buffalo. I do vacation there, even taken walks through Tonawanda and Kenmore. The view of Ralph Wilson Stadium in the middle of a snow storm while filling up with gas in pitch darkness was an awesome sight. Do not get that in San Antonio, Texas. Can't get a Beef on Wheck sandwich either in SA either.
