16號由朝早九點呆到下晝。投票鐘狂響，破壞社會安寧，阻礙散會 。班青年連直播畫面有問題都唔知：塊版一直顯示21票支持；31 票反對。當立法會去到最後通過第三項撥款時，塊版終於變左！！喔 ，六點啦，佢地仲傻間間坐係到／或企係到。
