  • Top prog guys...!

Although I don't recognise many faces in the band.

  • Not strange. The song is Camel's "Cloak and Dagger man", the band on the video however, is NOT Camel. Camel is the audio as well, but not the ones in the video. I don't know the actual name of the band, but the singer is Colin Bass, the bassist and /at times) vocailst of Camel.

  • Cameladeiu2, I bought this album when it was released and as far as I can remember this sounds like the same singer, so it must have been Colin Bass...?

The band is called Wystapili, ironically the word wystapil means 'has been' in Polish.

  • Well, if you check the Stationary Trveller album, you'll se that Chris Rainbow sings. No mistaking it. And Colin Bass was not on the Stationary Traveller album at all, actually. You see, this video is not live. I mean, the FOOTAGE is live, but the AUDIO is from Stationary Traveller. If you search for "colin bass cloak and dagger man" you'll find this video with the live audio. So in the end: The audio is Camel, the footage is Wystapili.

  • Cameladeiu2, Now there is a name from the past, I had completely forgotten about Chris Rainbow which just shows how much damage playing rugby has done to the brain...?

And yes now I have listened to them both they are actually quite different singers, but I think Bass does a pretty good job with the vocals.

Bloody YT, the more I know - the more I have forgotten...!

  • One of Camel's best and most "rockiest" Songs.

  • My God, I ain't heard this song in years.
