Like a boss!! You wouldn't think so but I think a Winchester Model 94 30-30 has the most kick of any gun I've ever shot. So light, and I guess the steel buttplate didn't help much.

@Levetti408 that's like the 12 gauge, people complain about coming home with bruised shoulders and I go out, shoot off 100 rounds target and full 3 inch mag duck loads and come home not even sore. i'm 6 foot 125lbs so its not a physical size thing. just planting that stock in your shoulder well...

@SolidSnake4Ever2003 only practical use I see for 20 gauge or .410 is for hunting small game. good for smaller birds, rabbit squirrel etc. unless of course you step up to slugs then they are good for home defense or bigger game like white tail..

@bldeagle10 You should give Massad Ayoob's article "Consider the 20 gauge shotgun". He views the 20 gauge with #3 buck as more than adequate for urban game. The .410 is absolutely useless though. Money better spent elsewhere.
