  • Whoooaaahh! How come I didn't know and never heard of this one!??Thanks, thanks! Love it!

  • I adore this song and your work is splendid Rita.

I like much pictures, there is that I never saw.

    Many thanks for sharing

  • Standout of a tune - a pleasant surprise to hear it for the first time! Thanks!

  • With pleasure :-))) as always.

  • My "man of the moment:" stands about

5 foot 10 1/2 inches and though his image is on a calander by my desk here, he is definately not a cardboard hero! Of course, the moment has lasted over 30 years now. LOL :o)

  • I totally agree! :-))))

  • Thank you so much dear Rita for this playful song, I have never heard it before, so it was new for me!!! You always increase my knowledge... .

  • I found this CD in Duna Plaza some days ago, it was a real surprise for me. I went there to buy some batteries and as always I check Our Favourite's hole on the CD shelves. Besides Cliff in the 80s in 2 copies (I already have it at home, of course...) I was delighted to find this new one (the cover of which can be seen near the beginning of the clip).

  • You never know what you will find well done that gal ;o)))

  • Thanks Rita, I always loved this song.................. But it is not written by Elton John but Alexander John & N.Battle. It was recorded and released in 1982.

  • Thank you for the correction. I have found it on the internet but they may have been wrong and only 'John' matched. A fan always knows it better! :-)))

  • Oh we do we do lololol ;o)

  • I forgot to ask, what year is this from? x

  • Good morning Andrew! It is track 2 from the 1982 album Now You See Me - Now You Don't ;o)))

  • Nice song, never herd this one before. The keyboards sound good on this one too

  • Rita....Exellent photographs,and super bits and pieces inbetween,....NICE NICE... job....Obviously a hidden talent..

  • Thanks Rita.

As always lovely pics. As I have nearly everyting Cliff sung, I must have heart it before. ... I can't remember, and also that Elton John co-wrote this I didn't remember.

  • Thanks.:-) It must have been written in his very early years as it is not recorded in Elton't biography :-)))

  • It might be that I always like to hear the song, and don't look at the sleave notes for the writings.

  • Hey Rita,

I got to make the first comment on a video.

And a very lively video with a catchy tune it is, too. Good work! I'm sure Cliff would be delighted to know that he's helping so many to learn English thanks to your efforts.

    Best wishes,

    Richard

  • Thank you very much, it is so kind of you :-)))
