I have just read a travel book with a difference. It's called "Australians in Trouble" and it documents headline-grabbing stories of people whose travels have gotten them into trouble overseas. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the stories, but I heard the author is going to release U.S and U.K versions soon, so hopefully they'll be as topical as this first books was.
FOR ALL SEA TURTLE LOVERS, (ages 0 to 90) comes a sweet little book you will want to read again and again: I’LL FOLLOW THE MOON. Baby green sea turtle is asleep in his nest way below the beach’s surface. Suddenly he opens one eye – and starts to stretch…crack, crack goes his egg and soon he’s free. Up he digs, then across he crawls, finding the sea by the flickery moonlight on the waves. Mama is waiting in the deep! Can he find her? Read and see!
yes surfgirl324 but there are lots of shark attack videos on the net too. My favorite is the likesharks site. They have shark scuba encounter videos, info and research on each shark specie, and more. Type likesharks into google and its the first one. Enjoy !
I loved this so much. The silence and only hearing light waves , helo propellars, the lady and the fishes swimming sounds , and no music or narration. Felt so nice to watch, took me away. Is there anymore of these videos? Like just like this one with nothing but backround sound
if ur heading to the GBR you might as well hit fiji for best shark dive in the world! If you need an example check out my page ...I filmed that in june ...nuts!
The Chinese Commies (semi-commies) just rammed a tanker into the Great Barrier Reef!!!! They were 9 miles off their authorized course, according to news reports. Could be massive ecological damage.
@RuflessRecords , why are you so hateful of us you capitalist pigs! Your kind (USA,UK,Europe,Australia, etc) already killed half the world and still killing it.. and one mistake you call us filth? One day we will rule the world and save it from your filth!
At 0.50, it looks like the two boats are docked with a floating structure. Anyone know what/where this is ? Makes sense as you can see it's a wall dive.
Its reffered to as a Reef Ponton and its designed for taking large amounts of people that come out to the reef for a day and only a small group at night as you can stay on them for a cost. Its has plenty of bench seats and tables undercover.
If you are into real estate investing and particularly only Australian real estate investing then my site here at (forPropertyInvestors) has a collection of over 700 videos now in 2009 collected from 2006 in YouTube. It's a great free resource for property investors. Particularly if you dont have the tie to scan youtube for videos you like on that subject.
Hi, I´m Spanish, I´m 14 and I want to go to Australia because I think that is the best country in the world, and the Great Barrier Reef y very very very beautiful.
Wow it looks so beautiful makes it almost seem unreal!!! I just want to dive in the water and explore as much as possible. I think that'll make me feel like a kid again. The great barrier is absolutely stunning and we should do all we can to preserve this beauty.
i've been to fitzroy island which is near the great barrier reef and people say that is has changed alot bcos there iz alot of dead coral on the beach. i remember going there for my trip excursion and someone said " woah ther use to b alot of coral ere" it's dissapearing very fast it so beautiful
GLOBAL WARMING is a constant and a natural process. Through adaptation, Great Barrier Reef will flourish with species that would survive with upcoming environmental conditions. As observed, organisms thriving in that reef prefer warmer temperatures. For the moment, the only thing we people can do to save Great Barrier Reef is to minimize any sort of pollution. In the end, it is just the survival of the fittest.

In about 5 million years, if we are still here, and using furturistic pollutions, i bet the reef will perish and turn fish mutated!
That would scare the waters out of me, as i am an aussiem=, and go bike riding at the beach EVERY day. AGHH GREY WATER!
