  • I love this thing, i just got it while doing it i didnt feel anything but then a few minutes later i actually felt my core like tightening up, which rarely every happens anymore!! :)

  • This is a challenging exercise so based on your core strength the set/rep scheme will vary. I like doing 4 sets super setting with other exercises to really burn out the core.

  • How much set how many reps 4 set 10 reps to get ripped?
