The fact is that the Constitution prohibits the prosecution of any Represenative or Senator from prosecution for defamation or lying on statements made in Congress. SO they can tell ANY lie, say ANY thing and get away with it. As Represenative Brown properly says, that the Republicans when they want to SMEAR someone they mention the Fox News bite of "ACORN" whether it is true or not because they KNOW they cannot be prosecuted for LYING.
