My view is, just close your eyes and listen to the relaxed tune.

This one is great for just letting the mind run wild and clear while you're layin in bed. I've had instances where i've been so deep in thought I ended up just being in a dream with something i was thinking about without realizing i had fallen asleep. A good suggestion would be put this second on a playlist after a progressive relaxation vid, put you rather deep. Anyways, thumbs up on the vid. Keep up the good work
