i have a versa now had it 2 yr and havent had a problem out of it great phone battery still keeps up and everything. its easy to use the only problem ive had with it is texting keys on the touch screen are a lil small to my liking but i usually dont pay no attention to it. i had a friend who had a dare and i played on it a lil bit and i like it too there both good phones

I haven't had the versa, but I am thinking about it. I had the dare and hated it. It did take rreeaallyy good pics, and the "video flash" worked as a flashlight, better than my iPhone 4. I don't know if I should get the versa, or go back to my dare. Cause my voyager is slowly starting to not work...

2 yrs ago I chose the dare. Great phone. Unfortunately, I text very fast and it takes a while to catchup. Pictures take long. After so long, you forget what's so great about it and you get bored. I am thinking of the lg cosmos touch. I wish anyone luck in finding a great phone for their personalities and lifestyles

The Dare sucks. I have had a Dare for about a year and a half and have gone through five of them. Each one of them had a problem with a static sound while talking/hearing in the phone. They finally are shipping a versa to me on Wensday for free...

Hey i recently just got rid of my lg versa to get the chocolate touch i liked the phone but if your into a touch screen phone and not the keyboard dont get it, get the dare. because the screen on the versa is so much smaller compared to the dare. and wen u do put the keyboard on the versa it looks horrible. my friend has the dare and we compared my versa to the dare the touch screen on the dare is more respnsive also..so if you wont a touch screen def. get the dare but wont a keyboard to go vers

I have this phone and the virtual keyboard is actually pretty easy to use. i was expecting coming from an lg env2 to this for my texting speed to go way down, but it only went down maybe a little bit if at all, so its pretty decent not to cramped either

it's not the typing that's difficult, for instance tmobile or at&t have an outbox that puts sending messages in and doesnt go to a screen for 30 seconds or completely freeze your phone. the dare brings you to a sending screen then confrims its been sent and sits there for 5-10 seconds with a frozen screen.

Yeah I just got the versa and everything is great, the camera/camcorder is excellent, the touch screen is great but no where near as good as my itouch, the landscape keyboard is the only thing I disliked about it because typing one letter ends up being 3 different letters and the touch screen doesn't always respond immediately. The web browser with flash is amazing and you can watch YouTube with no buffering. All in all this is a great media phone. Get it!
