@MrWoodendummy Thanks. There are no set routines. I specialize in whole body movements that work strength and cardio at the same time, working opposing muscle groups for balanced muscle development . I recommend interval style cardio training for most of my clients; based on needs/goals of course.
Very nice full body workout routine. Do you do this everyday? What other routines/cardio exercises u do?
