The only way to deter the kingpins is to kill them. Put them up against a wall and unload on them. Put the small dealers in sweatshops for ten years. They don't work, fine, they don't eat. That's a war on drugs.

thats true~i was in Chiang Rai for some days in last 2 years~there are so many corn fields~and later i realised that those corn fields are former opium fields~the thai government is doing the right thing actually!!!

That is our Lisu ethnic minority village. Lisu Villagers there do not have normal Thai citizenship and so called stateless persons. As they do not have the right to the land, They have always to practice "slash and burn" farming method. Poppy field is the much more suitable than any alternatives like buckwheat and corn.

Stateless refugee Lisu people are unable to produce drugs. No electricity, equips, skills to make drugs. We Lisu, for survival, have to plant Cash crops with "slash and burn" farming method coz no right to own the land where we live.
