oh no it you the one who cant trot theres this video of her showing people who to trot(my friend told me to watch it) and she honstly can trot to save her life the poor horse looked so sad and she just sat still on her horse really watch it and tell me wat u think
im going to sound retarded, but i am going to get a horse in about a month. i am researching horses, and i AM relying on these videos (and friends :D ) for info on horses and horse care. is there anybody i can ask questions? i hear she is not the real EXPERT?
Join an online group or a local horse club with friendly people. You learn alot by trial and error and just using your best judgement for safety and care. Good luck!
you can ask me ive had horses my whole life and these people with vids arre for people who want to waist money and kill there horse because if they accedentaly eat the saw dust they might die
Here are some real tips: Pull all your dirty (ie old, but clean) shavings to the back of the stall, and place your freshest shavings in the front. This way if your horse poops in the back of the stall, your shavings will last longer. Pile freshest shavings around the edges of the walls, to make replacing shavings easy and quick. Be careful buying stall mats, they usually aren't worth the money.
FYI, if you're dependent on these videos to learn about horses, you WILL end up with a colicking yak.
hmmm didn't know you needed to have an so called "expert" explain how to use shavings in a horse stall" wow... people who dont know how to put down bedding in a stall should be no were near horses! if they dont know how to do a simple task like putin down bedding who knows what they would end up doing with the poor horse o.0
It depends on the type of sawdust, climate, and weather your horse is sensitive to that type of bedding. Many people use sawdust without any problems.
SAWDUST SHAVINGS? what are you doing killing horses? it you have a horse and give it sawdust it gives them respiratory promblems and if your horses has them it is often better to gie hay ground or WOOD shavings!
i dont own a horse but am learning so if your ever in doubt...message me :P
Sawdust shavings? You NEVER use sawdust, you use wood shavings. Saying sawdust gives people the wrong idea. Sawdust is far too fine and can give your horse respiratory issues. You're really stupid, Kelly.

also, the bedding she used in the video was not sawdust. It was shavings.
