Having been a manager and employing the handicapped thru work in the past. A little bit of insight. They are usually getting paid minimum wage! Those wages are a tax incentive to the company, reimbursed from your taxes to the company. So the company receives higher profits, due too, in the long run, not paying the worker, your taxes do. So the higher price you are paying for the service is a shame. Just an FYI! ty

Actually, they are not just down syndrome people. I work with similar population at school. They are intellectually disabled who have IQ's lower that 69. I am sure that this work group includes autistics as well. It's great that they can contribute to the society and provide for themselves. My question to you is why do you expose just one eye in this video and use the skull symbol? Are you trying to be sarcastic? Otherwise, some people can get turned off by the symbolism. My mom is disabled and used to work with a service exactly like the one you used for the shirts. God bless you for that and all your hard work. The place my mother worked at previously laid her off in 2008 because of budget cuts and she wasn't "disabled enough" to keep her job there. After 6 long years we finally got her disability recently and it is less than $350 a month and it is supposed to cover all her expenses! Sorry for my rant lol... Thanks 4409
