Their style has really changed alot since their earlier albums. Used to be more of a Coldplay-type piano-rock band, now they have more of a guitar pop feel.

Mind you, I'm not complaining. I don't like bands that write the same song over and over again.

I love Keane when they play live. It's almost the same as on the CDs and in most cases even better :).

The shorter version they played here is the radio etition ;)

It's shorter in the "do you wanna be.." part and some other music parts. If you search for: 'keane spiralling radio edit' on youtube you'll notice that it's shorter ;)

They are very famous in The Netherlands (Holland) too btw :)

They are, and they should be, but the recording industry is too centered towards rap, hip-hop, and R&B at the moment. So, wonderful artists such as Keane get screwed over in the end.

I agree that he seemed rather nervous, and his voice more edgy. They probably had time constraints to work with. They rushed the "do you wanna be.." segment, which is the best part imho.

I must say though that I love how he says "we spiralling..'. Didn't think he could sound more English, but there ya go! I almost wish he would do it more often. :D

the performance just seems more rigid and jumpy than usual. plus tom is singing more staccato and is cutting off his syllables. i think the problem is they're trying to speed the song up or something. oh well, keane is still great, and i love them for trying new things.

I love Keane, but I must say this video's totally disturbing. I don't know what's up to Tom but he seems extremely nervous for some reason, he keeps on jumping uncontrollably and his voice doesn't sound still as well. Also, the song's been entirely changed, a lotta different from the recorded version.
