Like your point with LB before FS, but why not LB, CL and THEN FS? CL have no travel time and that will make all 3 spells land on the target at the same time. WAY more burst. And right after that, they'll get the nice LvB crit right in their face. That's a lot of damage in a span of about 2 seconds.

hunters would be that easy any hunter with a brain would deterrance at melee range when your casting then just disengage away. and if their bm whenever your trying to attack them or run up they can use intimidation and stun you for 3 secs. against hunters i would just take a guess and say it would be more of a dps race.

When i play shammy, i always open with Flame Shock, Elemental Mastery, Lava burst! Cuz' then, They wil be "shocked" Because i did so much dmg, so fast... so they dont know if they wanna run, or attack x)... Nice guide btw! Great work, really liked watching it ^^

i never get 9 stacks in pvp at all, but its a nice skill anyway, specialy on pvp

Hows ele performing pvp wise nowadays with cata looming? Ive not played in ages and im thinking about dusting off my old shaman again. From seeing this and other videos, they can put out some very nice burst damage.

Also You can purge HoF from paladins, fake them out with a frost or earthbind when they blow hoF just purge off and use whichever cc mechanic you did not burn for them to pop HoF, which then shuts them down temporarily unles they blow trinket or until HoF CD is up! :) good vid

@zekegarber ah yes I definetly use this one all the time, Frost shock imo, because roots are stronger. And the time it takes for them to react as well as your purge can have your shocks off CD usually by the time you root them.

Umm before this video was made paladins actually have a cleanse for magic(for ret). it just isnt in cata yet it got announced ages ago. any snaring effect can be cleansed on paladins as of cata so ur wrong saying in the video that paladins can be easily kited

also, Hand of Freedom can be purged, so i like to keep max cast flame shock, once they get close frost shock them...when the pop HoF you purge then root with earthbind..and then you can get max range and cast on them. so yea HoF is purgable :) mind my spelling fast response to video. great job though!

Also Paladin's HoF is purgable so just fake them out with frost shock when they pop hof purge and earthbind then get some damage in between their cooldowns. Great video btw!

Extra bonus points for using Farsight in AB, so many shamans put that spell aside as just a joke. Also thanks for the tip with casting FS, then LB a few times so you can use a 2nd shock just as LvB hits.

I was looking at your spec, and im not sure if theres much point in fulmation. Do you actually get to build up those charges, I honestly cant see it myself. Also, Earth Quake seems pretty useless as well. What do you think?

@teamdoa yes. because you dont lose the stacks unless someone purges them. you might not get it off on your first fight but after 2-3 bouts you got another huge crit spell and you dont need to hold it till 9 charges. 6-9 is fine. you will still hit for 7-9k with 6 charges unless your badly geared.

@teamdoa The addon is Power Auras, i configured it for PvE but I leave it on for PvP too. I reforged to haste. The PvP gear comes with a lot of crit on it but I feel really gimped when I don't have any haste. I switch from my PvE set with mundo haste and going back to a slow casting lightningbolt just feels off. Also, reliable damage feels better in PvP. Knowing I'm going to kill someone and not hoping I get lucky is usually better.
