Thank you for this video Scott. I've been intrigued by this country's recurring poverty since I was a boy. This video is a windo into what's happening over there. I can see there is need to help from the halls of power.
The agriculture infrastructure is the issue that has occupied my mind for quite some time. We have suffered so many times from lack of rain fall. But nothing is being done to overcome the uncertainty of rainfall.
