I found the lady who owns the car and told her to get it out of the middle of the street. She hopped in and parked it properly like it was no big deal. I was so disgusted I didn't even question her on the roaches.
With a car like this, can this be reported to the county health inspector's office? Can this car be impounded or destroyed by the county, seeing as how this might be a health nuisance to the neighborhood? Or would the guys who clean up crime scenes and murders have to destroy or dismantle the car and clean it up?
The reason why she illegally parked the car is because everyone else in the neighborhood didn't want her skank ass car parked near their's.
BTW, if you end up with roaches in your car because of her car, can you sue and recoup for devalue and damages done to the car or the cost of having to debug the car?
